  • – Solicit consultation from key trades and outside services

Step 4 by .

Value Planning & Budgeting

  • – Meet with pre-construction team at BSI offices
  • – Evaluate and compare design options to fit your budget
  • – Finalize project scope in budget and update 3D drawings
  • – Solicit competitive bids from subcontractors and suppliers

Step 5 by .

Final Pricing & Design Development

  • – Solicit and complete structural engineering (as needed)
  • – Finalize selections on finishes and subcontractor pricing
  • – Finalize proposed design for permit application

Step 6 by .

Design Review & Permitting

  • – Submit Design Review Application to city (after step 4)
  • – Submit Building Permit Application to city (after step 5)

Step 7 by .

Construction Agreement

  • – Review final budget and proposed design
  • – Sign Construction Agreement
  • – Job launch meeting with Project Manager

Construction Management

  • – Consistent oversight by Project Manager
